Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order if the product arrives:

• defective

Non-Returnable Items

Because these items are created specifically for the customer, they cannot be resold.
Exchanges
If your SendMe product arrives defective or damaged, we will replace the item free of charge.
Digital Setup Services
Once a SendMe profile page or digital setup service has been completed, the service portion of the order is non-refundable.
However, we are happy to assist with updates or corrections if needed.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives defective.
